By booking a reading/session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

* All sessions fees are pre-paid and non-transferable.

* The services offered on this website are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat or cure disease nor replace any type of traditional medical treatment.  The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It is recommended if you have a medical problem to consult a licensed professional for any medical or legal advice.

* I hereby release Jamie Bican and Jamie Fay, LLC from all liability arising from any information given at the time of a session now or in the future.  I understand that by booking a session, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions on Jamiefay.com

*The client realizes that any and all predictive information given during a session should be used for entertainment purposes only.

​

*Re-scheduling a session requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to re-schedule with 24 hours results in being required to pay the full cost of a session.
